Under what circumstances is the TMLS India PVT LTD Subscription Plan fee refundable?
· A customer can be eligible for a refund if they send an email requesting a refund (from the registered email ID) to refund@tmlsindia.com within 30 days of purchasing the TMLS India PVT LTD Subscription Plan. If eligible, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the request.
· In certain areas/locations, our company does not provide services. If a customer who purchased the TMLS India PVT LTD Subscription Plan resides in such an area, they can apply for a refund within 30 days of purchase. To inquire about non-service areas, please call +91 97253 14225.
· A customer may be eligible for a refund if the company has not started the ‘Customer Service Initiation’ (explained below) within 48 hours of payment, and a request for the refund is submitted through Raise A Request within 30 days of payment.
· If the customer is unable to communicate with the company in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, they can apply for a refund within 30 days of purchasing the TMLS India PVT LTD Subscription Plan.
What does Customer Service Initiation mean?
Customer Service Initiation refers to the process where the company contacts the customer for verification within 24-48 hours of the TMLS India PVT LTD Subscription Plan payment. Even if the customer does not respond to the verification call, the initiation is considered started, and the update will be shown in the customer portal.
A customer can be eligible for a cancellation if they send an email requesting a cancellation (from the registered email ID) to refund@tmlsindia.com within 30 days of purchasing the TMLS India PVT LTD Subscription Plan. If eligible, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the request. The payment mode for the refund will be the same as the mode through which the customer payment was received. As per the banks, the refund can be received within 7 to 8 working days.
